What you will do

• Serve as a strategic integrator for NPA practices, aligning stakeholders and resources to translate growth strategies into coordinated execution plans.
• Curate and integrate specialized NPA offerings and support models tailored to each practice's growth stage and objectives.
• Partner with Sr. Practice Growth Directors to maintain alignment between strategic vision, planning, and daily execution.
• Lead business planning and structured engagement rhythms, including quarterly planning and business reviews.
• Onboard new practices into the NPA platform and monitor performance using data and insights to identify gaps.
• Act as the primary integrator between practices and Home Office/COE partners to navigate complex challenges.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry, including knowledge of annuities, life, health, mutual funds, and brokerage.
• Deep understanding of practice management and advanced teaming models for financial professionals.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with internal platforms and systems such as Salesforce, e-app, CAP, Livelink, and AWD.
• Proven track record of influencing without authority and solving complex problems in fast-paced environments.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Professional designations such as ChFC or CFP.
• Experience presenting to or training large groups of individuals.
