TL;DR
Account Executive | Higher Education (Salesforce/SaaS): Drive strategic account plans and manage full sales cycles to expand ’s footprint within existing higher-education customers with an accent on pipeline growth, quota attainment, and solution architecture with Sales Engineers. Focus on building executive-level relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue achievement.
Location: Hybrid in the Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI & Austin, TX metro areas (must currently be based in these metro areas). Occasional in-office/local workspace work may be required for key events.
Salary: $58,100 - $133,200 USD OTE range (base + estimated commission)

What you will do
- Formulate and execute strategic account plans to drive customer value realization and expand within assigned existing accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, presenting value across multiple organizational levels.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities in existing customer accounts to build qualified pipeline through direct engagement.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to architect solutions based on customer needs.
- Build trusting relationships across the sales ecosystem, including channel partners and Apple.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement monthly and quarterly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Currently based in the Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI & Austin, TX metro areas.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to carry a quota and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Demonstrated ability to expand a portfolio within an existing customer base while ensuring retention.
- HS Diploma/GED (required).
Nice to have
- Minimum 2 years software sales experience.
- Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem or SaaS sales.
- Bachelor’s degree.
