What you will do

• Design and build dynamic financial models from scratch for deal pipelines and scenario planning.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and integrate strategic initiatives into rolling forecasts.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and the Controller on budget-vs-actual tracking.
• Model complex Value-Based Care (VBC) initiatives and track grant funding and clinical trials.
• Develop high-quality pitch decks and financial analyses for the Board and institutional investors.
• Evaluate and implement modern FP&A software to scale reporting beyond QuickBooks.

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of progressive financial experience, preferably in early-stage startups, digital health, or private equity.
• Elite-level spreadsheet modeling skills using Google Sheets/Excel in a Mac environment.
• Proven ability to master complex business models and multi-faceted revenue streams quickly.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Deep experience in healthcare delivery (VBC, capitation, or fee-for-service mechanics).
• Familiarity with clinical trials and grant funding mechanics.
• Experience with ERPs like NetSuite.
