What you will do

• Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations and legal risk advisory.
• Oversee HR Shared Services operations such as contracts, payroll input readiness, offboarding, and SLA performance.
• Develop and maintain labour relations policies aligned with local legislation and support CBA negotiations.
• Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure to improve HR function visibility and performance.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on disciplinary actions and compliance risks.
• Support expansion into new markets with compliance and labour relations expertise.

Requirements

• Location: Kenya with experience spanning Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe (UK experience preferred).
• Proven expertise in employee relations, employment law, and conducting complex workplace investigations.
• Experience in operational HR or Shared Services leadership roles.
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or Psychology; Master’s or HR certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using HR data for operational improvement.
• Ability to lead both operational excellence and strategic employee relations functions simultaneously.
