What you will do

• Develop big ideas and creative foundations for brand campaigns, occasionally contributing directly to execution.
• Mentor and guide the creative team, prioritizing their professional growth and development.
• Act as the guardian of brand standards, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Organic, Growth, Product, and Product Marketing teams.
• Oversee multi-channel advertising and design projects, with a key focus on social channels.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in agency or brand-side creative leadership.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on craft and headline generation.
• Proven ability to lead and develop creative talent with empathy and clear communication.
• Deep understanding of current culture and the zeitgeist.
• Production expertise ranging from low-budget turns to large-scale brand campaigns.
• Must be based in the United States.
