Junior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office.

What you will do

• Design, build, ship, measure, and maintain frontend and backend services for a new self-service advertising platform.
• Use AI coding agents to plan, code, test, review, and debug software, often running multiple agents in parallel.
• Build AI agents, custom skills, and automated workflows for code reviews, data analysis, production investigation, and feature validation.
• Develop systems serving thousands of requests per second and operating at large scale.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business teams on new growth-focused products.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience in a production environment, including internships, student positions, or full-time work.
• Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, with the ability to check and verify their output.
• Ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and domains quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and switch context, including coordinating multiple AI agents in parallel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Product-driven mindset and interest in working closely with the business.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java or other object-oriented languages such as C#, Kotlin, or C++.
• Experience building AI agents, MCP servers, custom skills, or automated workflows for AI coding tools.
• Full-stack experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, Vertica, or Cassandra.
• Exposure to distributed systems, Kafka, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with big data tools such as Spark, BigQuery, or Airflow.
• Graduation with honors.
