Senior Full Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Remote, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain applications and web services across front-end and back-end systems.
• Build AI agent workflows with tool calling, evaluation, structured outputs, and safeguards for safe execution.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and reliable production operations.
• Translate product and user requirements into technical tasks with product managers.
• Develop product-domain expertise, share knowledge, and take technical ownership of applications.
• Recommend improvements and lead complex cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience designing and developing production-grade applications, including strong expertise in at least one of Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C#.
• Front-end application development with Angular 2+, React, or Vue, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES2015, and TypeScript.
• Strong software engineering skills, including scalable and maintainable system design and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with an RDBMS such as Postgres, MySQL, or Oracle, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on ownership of CI/CD pipelines and release processes, including pipeline maintenance, deployment automation, and reliable releases.
• Hands-on experience in Linux-based production environments with Docker and Kubernetes, and deployment tools such as ArgoCD and Helm or equivalent technologies.
• Hands-on application testing with Cypress, Playwright, or React Testing Library, supported by a strong testing mindset.
• Ability to lead cross-team execution, influence technical direction, and drive complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience with big data, ETL, or analytics platforms such as Snowflake, ClickHouse, or BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of AI agent architecture, including planning, tool selection, delegation, state and memory management, retries, fallbacks, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience with prompt and context engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, AI evaluations, regression tests, guardrails, security controls, auditability, governance, and safe agent execution.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and Git-based collaborative workflows.

Nice to have

• Advanced, deep expertise in NestJS, including scalable backend architectures and reusable modules.
• Experience with Microfrontend architecture and shared frontend platform ownership.
