AI Marketing Builder

hirify.global is a startup within Wix building an AI-powered platform that enables creators, founders, startups, and entrepreneurs to create custom software applications using natural language.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and multi-step autonomous pipelines for complex marketing operations.
• Develop AI-powered internal tools, including content assistants and automated campaign generators, using the hirify.global product ecosystem.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines that collect real-time performance analytics from marketing channels into unified dashboards.
• Architect and ship full-stack systems, selecting appropriate technologies, APIs, databases, and server infrastructure.
• Translate marketing stakeholders' operational challenges into technical solutions and collaborate with the R&D team on marketing feature launches.
• Own the product roadmap, identify technical blockers, and continuously deliver production-ready software.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building agentic AI workflows, MCP servers, or multi-step autonomous pipelines.
• High proficiency in full-stack software development using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Strong hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs, MCPs, databases, and backend server infrastructure.
• Ability to independently design end-to-end system architectures and manage the full development lifecycle.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience translating complex human problems into clear technical solutions.
• Self-directed approach, rapid self-learning ability, and a track record of shipping results without detailed specifications.

Nice to have

• Background in product management, marketing operations, growth engineering, or RevOps.
