What you will do

• Serve as the definitive technical authority for telecommunications and IP network digital modeling.
• Oversee the validation of complex engineering submissions to ensure compliance with enterprise technical playbooks.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for network data, from initial planning through to decommissioning.
• Design, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade network inventory and discovery platforms.
• Architect strategies to bridge gaps between automated discovery tools and manual engineering inputs.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and provide data-driven insights to business leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in telecommunications/network engineering or OSS administration.
• Expert-level understanding of IP/MPLS, Ethernet, and Optical Transport (SONET/DWDM) technologies.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise OSS/Network Inventory platforms (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Oracle, Bentley).
• Deep practical knowledge of Configuration Management, Automated Discovery, and ITIL practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participation).

• Experience working within regulated industries, energy sectors, or mission-critical utility infrastructure.
• Proven success in transitioning organizations from manual design methods to automated, data-governed digital modeling frameworks.
