What you will do

• Own and optimize the end-to-end product development lifecycle from research to release.
• Design and maintain operating rhythms including planning cadences and sprint alignment.
• Manage visibility systems such as roadmaps, Jira workflows, and execution dashboards.
• Partner with leadership to align priorities and strengthen cross-functional execution.
• Define and improve operational processes to eliminate delivery bottlenecks.
• Track key product metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations or a closely related role.
• Deep expertise in modern product operating systems including Jira and agile frameworks.
• Strong systems thinking ability with a focus on scalable operational models.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Understanding of how AI and modern tooling reshape product development workflows.
