What you will do

• Shape product visions and strategies based on market trends, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Define product outcomes, objectives, key metrics, and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead product delivery hands-on, creating artifacts such as backlogs, user stories, and sprint plans.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to define technical implementation and assess backend requirements.
• Manage productive relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and solve the right problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shaping and shipping products through various definition and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to generate insights and points of view based on market trends and user research.
• Experience working with both startups and enterprise-level clients.
• Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, engineering, research, and content strategy.
