What you will do

• Architect and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure optimized for high availability and fault tolerance.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis, driving post-incident improvements to prevent recurrences.
• Build automated monitoring, alerting, and self-healing systems to reduce manual intervention and minimize downtime.
• Perform capacity planning and performance tuning to efficiently handle traffic spikes and growing workloads.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to enhance system reliability and delivery pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and advocate for the adoption of SRE best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Infrastructure/SRE roles managing production systems in complex, large-scale environments.
• Strong proficiency in AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Kafka (MSK), Linux systems, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Argo) and GitOps practices.
• Programming proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
