Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Bitcoin)

What you will do

• Lead technical initiatives that improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical systems.
• Design and implement resilient, scalable solutions based on distributed-systems principles.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure optimization.
• Build automation frameworks and tools while encouraging adoption across engineering teams.
• Design monitoring, logging, and observability solutions that provide actionable insights.
• Lead incident response, post-mortem analysis, and technical mentorship for SREs and engineers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SRE, platform engineering, or software development with a strong operational focus.
• Experience providing technical leadership, guidance, or mentorship to engineering teams.
• Expert practical knowledge of cloud platforms, especially GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Strong command of Python, Go, and Bash.
• Expertise with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack, plus strong analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
