TL;DR

Freelance Sales Manager (B2B): Build and grow client opportunities for a European freelance talent network with an accent on commission-based lead generation, client introductions, and converting matches into successful freelance assignments. Focus on outreach to decision-makers, relationship building across Europe, and identifying demand for freelance, fractional, interim, and project-based expertise.

Location: Must be based in Europe or in the United Kingdom (Fully remote)

Salary: €0–€100K (50% of margin per successful placement, no cap)

What you will do

  • Identify companies needing freelance, fractional, interim, or project-based professionals.
  • Reach out to decision-makers and introduce the hirify.global proposition.
  • Build relationships with new clients and uncover hiring or project needs.
  • Convert opportunities into concrete freelance assignments and coordinate successful client–freelancer matches.
  • Spot opportunities across domains such as legal, AI, finance, sales, marketing, operations, HR, compliance, healthcare, and technology.
  • Grow the client base across Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting, or freelance/interim solutions.
  • Network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers, contractors, or fractional professionals.
  • Ability to open doors, build trust, and convert conversations into opportunities.
  • Commercial, entrepreneurial, and self-driven mindset; comfortable working independently on a commission-only basis.
  • English: strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Location: must be based in Europe or in the United Kingdom.
