Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery for core Patient Services and Field Access products.
• Build and scale a comprehensive design system, including component libraries, token architecture, and documentation.
• Design data-rich, accessible experiences and dashboards for non-technical biopharma users.
• Lead user research, conducting discovery interviews, usability studies, and rapid prototyping.
• Establish the design practice, including critique cadences, handoff standards, and research playbooks.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to co-own product outcomes and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in complex B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience building and governing production-level design systems.
• Fluency in data visualization and information hierarchy for data-dense screens.
• Expert proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience thriving in growth-stage environments and navigating ambiguity.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or fintech.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or patient engagement workflows.
• Experience designing AI-powered features, including agentic workflows or predictive models.
• Background in scaling design practices from early product-market fit to a multi-product platform.
