What you will do
- Drive client satisfaction by providing personalized service and proactively addressing customer needs.
- Act as the day-to-day lead for assigned accounts, managing the partnership from sales through to execution and launch.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure project health, conducting asset reviews, kick-off meetings, and quality checks.
- Prepare and share essential client-facing materials, including status updates and contact reports.
- Integrate advanced AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to automate mundane tasks and streamline operational efficiency.
- Travel to client locations as required to foster relationships and support project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Service.
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in digital, agency, and healthcare sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the US and participate in US-based benefit programs.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical/HCP advertising or healthcare.
- Familiarity with the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review process.
- Understanding of digital advertising.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
