What you will do

• Execute QA reviews of AML, KYC, Judicial Orders, and Ombudsman cases based on internal policies and CNBV regulations.
• Identify and communicate control weaknesses and process deficiencies to management to prevent regulatory gaps.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to optimize AML/KYC operational routines and analysis tools.
• Monitor management queues and dashboards to ensure operational regulatory routines are addressed promptly.
• Track metrics and KPIs to communicate quality performance and trends across hirify.global teams.
• Support strategic cross-squad projects to ensure compliance with key regulatory policies.

Requirements

• Experience with quality assurance reviews in a regulated operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute diligently within established timeframes.
• Proactive and autonomous work style, comfortable with both process creation and regulatory adherence.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and/or English.
• Ability to work on-site in Mexico City, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• CNBV certification or knowledge of sanctions, KYC, and AML processes.
• Experience with Banking & Sofipo regulation.
• Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Looker, Excel, or Google Sheets.
