What you will do

• Develop and execute test strategies, staffing plans, and cost estimations for application portfolios.
• Lead transformational QA initiatives, removing impediments using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Manage defect lifecycles, report metrics, and escalate risks to project stakeholders.
• Drive the development of automation test scripts based on existing frameworks.
• Coordinate testing updates and hand-offs between onshore teams and production support.
• Manage and coach direct reports to ensure professional growth and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Mexico City, Guadalajara, or the State of Mexico.
• 5+ years of experience in automation testing and test data strategy.
• 4+ years of experience in people management and leading direct reports.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile (Scrum) and tools like Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Mandatory experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
