What you will do
- Own player progression, combat abilities, and core RPG systems.
- Design and prototype puzzles and minigames.
- Implement gameplay features directly in-editor using Blueprint scripting and behavior trees.
- Analyze and balance player-facing mechanics for scalability.
- Troubleshoot and iterate on design-owned systems to resolve performance or logic issues.
- Collaborate across disciplines including Engineering, Animation, and QA.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Experience as a Technical, Systems, or Gameplay Designer.
- Proficiency in designing complex RPG systems, perks, and abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize design logic.
- Experience working on FPS, immersive sim, or systems-heavy action titles.
- Shipped at least one AA+ title.
