Salary: CAD $75,700 – $112,060 per year

What you will do

• Be the Product Owner for large features of hour-to-hour gameplay.
• Acquire intimate knowledge of target players and competitive landscape to prototype and prove the Core Fantasy vision.
• Lead vision and craft design of your game area, collaborating with Engineers, Animators, Artists, and Producers.
• Translate Core Fantasy vision into feature designs and collaborate with QA for testing.
• Evaluate progress and game quality, working with design and production on execution plans.
• Champion the player experience in all decision making.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Systems Designer (5+ years) in AAA gaming.
• Passion for Sports and Sports Video Games.
• Experience mentoring other designers.
• Appetite for taking on Game Area Owner responsibilities.
• Passion for and knowledge of player-driven/emergent narrative and systemic design.
