What you will do

• Design and implement game mechanics, systems, and features.
• Create detailed design documents, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers and artists using game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Iterate designs based on player feedback and playtesting.
• Balance pacing, progression, and gameplay experience.
• Contribute to level design and multiplayer system design.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work in Valencia, Spain.
• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in gaming or related field.
• Strong understanding of game design fundamentals including pacing, progression, and balance.
• Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a Spanish and English-speaking environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with level design and immersive environment creation.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with narrative design and scripting for gameplay prototyping.
• Experience with multiplayer systems and competitive/cooperative play design.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse game design projects.
