What you will do

• Document, build, implement, and maintain mission ideas from initial concept through to final release.
• Create innovative gameplay experiences designed to immerse players in the game world.
• Collaborate with the design team and other departments to maximize the use of existing game systems.
• Prototype and pitch original design ideas to the development team.
• Onboard and mentor other designers to improve project design practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping one or more AAA game titles in a Level Design or similar position.
• Strong design skills both on paper and in-engine, with the ability to create intuitive 3D layouts.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine and scripting in Blueprint or similar systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across various locations.
• Passion for developing crafted narrative-driven experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open World level design.
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency with Wiki systems or Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Game Design or a related discipline.
