What you will do
- Document, build, implement, and maintain mission ideas from initial concept through to final release.
- Create innovative gameplay experiences designed to immerse players in the game world.
- Collaborate with the design team and other departments to maximize the use of existing game systems.
- Prototype and pitch original design ideas to the development team.
- Onboard and mentor other designers to improve project design practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping one or more AAA game titles in a Level Design or similar position.
- Strong design skills both on paper and in-engine, with the ability to create intuitive 3D layouts.
- Proficiency with Unreal Engine and scripting in Blueprint or similar systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across various locations.
- Passion for developing crafted narrative-driven experiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with Open World level design.
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency with Wiki systems or Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Game Design or a related discipline.
