What you will do

• Identify and onboard new market entrants while maintaining commercial and contractual frameworks.
• Manage a portfolio of partnerships in the Brazilian market to drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate and optimize commercial terms including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and Tenancy models.
• Perform daily reporting and analysis of key performance metrics and ROI optimization.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Partner Operations, and Business Development teams.
• Monitor local regulations, compliance requirements, and iGaming market trends.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Commercial, Marketing, or Agency roles, ideally within the iGaming sector.
• Proven track record in sales, account management, or media buying.
• Deep understanding of commercial models such as CPA, CPL, CPM, and Revenue Share.
• Native Portuguese language skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Must be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
