What you will do

• Identify, define, and plan strategic business initiatives to realize commercial benefits.
• Lead cross-functional change projects, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with senior leaders and board-level stakeholders.
• Develop project scopes and detailed plans in accordance with organizational governance.
• Support business readiness to ensure changes are effectively embedded across the company.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within project delivery processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and knowledge of PM principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to influence without positional power.
• Understanding of business processes and change management.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project.
• Must be able to work on-site in Yeovil as part of a hybrid arrangement.
