What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on eCommerce, content platforms, digital marketing, UX, and conversion optimization.
  • Contribute directly to client work via site performance audits, platform configuration, and conversion experiments.
  • Oversee and direct Solution Consultants, PIM Consultants, UX/UI Designers, and Insights Teams.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure success and refine strategies to improve KPIs such as conversion rates and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital strategy and growth within a systems integrator, brand, or retail environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of eCommerce and content platforms, digital marketing, data analytics, and AI.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build long-term trust.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to demonstrate the ROI of digital initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating complex strategies.
