What you will do

• Act as a central coordinator and coach for product-related practices within the BU Surface Sensor Solutions.
• Support Product Managers in documenting and managing offerings to ensure alignment with the PLCM framework.
• Provide key administrative and coordination support to the Head of Portfolio and Product Strategy.
• Own and administer portfolio governance forums.
• Drive adherence to PLCM processes to ensure consistency across the business unit.
• Enable transparency and control across the product portfolio.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with portfolio, product, or project management processes.
• Proven ability to guide and coach stakeholders in structured ways of working.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Experience with governance or documentation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Phoenix tools.
• Knowledge of PLCM or similar lifecycle frameworks.
