What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the C-UAS C2 software suite, covering sensor integration, threat classification, and effector tasking.
• Translate operational requirements from end-users and stakeholders into actionable software specifications and user stories.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog to shorten engagement timelines and reduce decision burden on operators.
• Define requirements for multi-sensor fusion (Radar, RF, EO/IR) and guide the productisation of AI/ML models at the edge.
• Drive compliance with military C2 standards including MOSA/SOSA, OMS/UCI, and Link 16.
• Serve as the primary voice of the user, validating concepts through regular engagement with operators and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in defence, aerospace, or mission-critical enterprise C2 software.
• Experience with sensor-to-effector or DTIM-aligned workflows in operational environments.
• Working knowledge of military C2 standards (MOSA, SOSA, OMS/UCI, Link 16).
• Hands-on experience defining requirements for and productising AI/ML capabilities for classification or fusion.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a national security clearance.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with C-UAS programmes or air defence C2 systems.
• Familiarity with EW effector integration or directed energy/kinetic defeat systems.
• Exposure to ITAR/EAR-controlled programme environments.
• Experience in a scaling defence startup.
