What you will do

• Manage Sapio LIMS application installation, configuration, and overall architecture.
• Provide L1, L2, and L3 level technical support, managing bug fixes and enhancements through change management processes.
• Write Oracle database queries for generating reports and troubleshooting system issues.
• Translate complex user requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Liaise with infrastructure teams and external vendors to resolve application-related issues.
• Develop and maintain support and business-related documentation, including self-help guides.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Sapio LIMS and Crystal Reports.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database and writing SQL queries.
• Experience working in ITIL environments using Service Now, Remedy BMC, or HP Service Centre.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• English: Proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico.
