Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany

A leading Regional Coordination Centre securing the electricity supply for 16 transmission system operators across 12 European countries.

What you will do

  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from implementation to retirement.
  • Translate complex business needs into system requirements and technical workflows using BPMN.
  • Manage functional and non-functional requirements and coordinate software releases.
  • Maintain relationships with software vendors and manage outsourced development.
  • Monitor application KPIs and proactively suggest improvements for software evolution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with security policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in SDLC.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate technical data to non-technical parties.
  • Proficiency in at least one language: Python, C/C++/C#, or Java.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL, iSAQB, iSTQB, TOGAF, IREB, SAFE Agile, or Scrum.
  • Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, GitLab), Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and APIs/microservices.

Nice to have

  • Background in Power Systems or Electrical Engineering.
