What you will do

• Facilitate knowledge transfer from delivery teams to L4 Support, AMS, and Professional Services organizations.
• Develop and maintain technical and client-facing documentation for Brazil Tax Reform processes and configurations.
• Support hypercare activities and lead triage for pre and post-go-live issues.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to validate solution designs through QA validation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on LATAM legislation configuration, processing, and maintenance within SAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting SAP environments in Brazil-specific tax and regulatory contexts.
• Knowledge of Brazil Tax Reform (IBS, CBS) and SAP support processes (AMS, L4).
• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and conversational).
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA.
• Familiarity with ABAP and SAP debugging.
