What you will do

• Accountable for End of Line Testing Equipment, parameters, scripts, and associated Capex.
• Oversee the AME team in piloting and commissioning advanced manufacturing technologies, processes, and equipment.
• Implement manufacturing plans for new products and provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers.
• Execute the Manufacturing Readiness Checklist and manage Manufacturing Prototype builds.
• Collaborate with Site Leaders to ensure manufacturing plans are aligned with the program schedule.
• Implement best manufacturing practices for existing processes.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not provided).
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD) and Product Transfers.
• Solid knowledge of automation, integration, and automated testing equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and CAD 2D/3D (Solid-Edge).

Nice to have

• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
• Base knowledge of power converters.
