What you will do

• Design and validate advanced electronic systems including controllers, telematics, and network solutions.
• Oversee compliance with development processes and global regulations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues in electrical and electronic components.
• Manage and negotiate with hardware vendors for system development.
• Mentor technicians and engineers in electronic system development.
• Gather requirements from internal customers and translate them into engineering specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics), Computer Science, or Materials Science.
• Advanced English speaking level.
• Experience with circuit design, PCB, and hardware/software integration.
• Strong knowledge of CAN J1939, Automotive Ethernet, and wireless technologies (Bluetooth, NFC, Cellular).
• Experience with wireless certification and global regulatory compliance.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Monterrey, Mexico.
