What you will do

• Develop, industrialize, and stabilize production-related process technologies for cut and sew lamination.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process data acquisition and validation plans.
• Lead risk analysis, feasibility studies, and guide component design to ensure process compatibility.
• Act as a senior technical expert in DFMEA and PFMEA activities.
• Collaborate with global working groups across Germany, Romania, China, and the Americas.
• Develop process standards and equipment using statistical analysis and troubleshooting tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
• Direct experience with cut and sew lamination processes.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proficiency in statistical tools, troubleshooting, and risk analysis.
• English: Advanced level required.
