What you will do

• Oversee all test lab operations, including technical issues, resource planning, and budget adherence.
• Manage a team of test engineers responsible for test equipment, calibration, and data quality.
• Coordinate test schedules and maintain records of preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Track monthly KPIs and manage laboratory spending.
• Handle customer relations, including requests and complaints.
• Ensure strict compliance with EH&S guidelines and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position within the Automotive Industry.
• Experience with legal requirements compliance (LFT, IMSS, ISR, STPS, and EHS).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (IATF 16949 and ISO 14001) and SAP.
• Must be based in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico
