What you will do

• Spearhead the execution of Commercialization Change Orders in Oracle EBS Alice and PLM systems to ensure timely completion.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) loading, corrections, and validation for new product developments and sustaining changes.
• Perform cost roll-ups and standard cost setups for manufactured goods.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to streamline CCO processes and reduce cycle times.
• Generate monthly metrics reports and maintain executive dashboards using Power BI to provide strategic insights.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on ERP best practices and BOM management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any business course, preferably in Engineering.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) required.
• Experience with ERP systems and fundamental knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) management and Item Creation.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of product development, production methods, and the Stage Gate process.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (as explicitly stated in the posting).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle Product Development module and Oracle E-business Suite.
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
