What you will do

• Define and lead business plans for key expansion areas and partners, influencing product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
• Advise strategic partners using hirify.global’s proprietary data and technology to help them succeed and grow.
• Lead projects that convert complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to keep operations lean and effective during rapid growth.
• Manage global stakeholders with regional leaders to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs across key APAC markets.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
• 4–5+ years of experience in an analytical business role, with strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking experience preferred.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for strategic decisions and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
