What you will do
- Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and support workflows for traveler visibility, risk alerts, and reporting.
- Collaborate with development teams on estimation, planning, and delivery.
- Support API and data integration efforts, including payload analysis and validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel technology industry.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs (Swagger, Postman) and relational databases (SQL).
- Familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
- Experience with data mapping and XML analysis.
- Knowledge of duty of care or risk management platforms.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Lucidchart.
