What you will do

• Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for process automation.
• Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and support workflows for traveler visibility, risk alerts, and reporting.
• Collaborate with development teams on estimation, planning, and delivery.
• Support API and data integration efforts, including payload analysis and validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel technology industry.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and operational workflows.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs (Swagger, Postman) and relational databases (SQL).
• Familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Experience with data mapping and XML analysis.
• Knowledge of duty of care or risk management platforms.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Lucidchart.
