What you will do

• Manage day-to-day IAM service delivery, including handling tickets, requests, and access reviews.
• Track SLAs, deadlines, and operational queues to ensure timely execution of services.
• Act as the central coordination point across IAM, IT, Security, and business teams.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs/ISLAs and drive the resolution of breaches.
• Plan and drive the completion of access review campaigns and ensure audit readiness.
• Enforce operational controls and maintain high documentation standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IAM/IT with a strong understanding of access governance and risk.
• Experience with IAM/PAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Entra ID, or Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ticketing tools like Jira.
• Hands-on experience with provisioning, recertification, and audit controls.
• Must be located in Porto, Portugal.
