What you will do

• Own and manage the enterprise IAM platform to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.
• Define and deliver the platform roadmap, including upgrades, enhancements, and feature adoption.
• Oversee identity lifecycle processes, including Joiners, Movers, and Leavers.
• Develop and maintain platform governance frameworks and operational standards.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve IAM processes and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing One Identity Manager (OIM) or a similar enterprise IAM platform.
• Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Access Governance.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and integration technologies (APIs, connectors).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and managing platform compliance.
• Must be based in or able to work a hybrid model in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience operating within large-scale, multi-site, or international organizations.
• Knowledge of VB.NET and scripting.
• Knowledge of GDPR, SOX, or other audit frameworks.
