Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal (1x/week)

Salary: 28,000-52,000 EUR / Year

What you will do

• Translate business access requirements into scalable technical authorization models.
• Work with SAP authorizations, including PFCG roles and role engineering concepts.
• Assess security risks and implement sustainable remediation measures.
• Ensure compliance controls, audit preparation, evidence handling, and remediation tracking.
• Create documentation for policies, governance models, procedures, and control descriptions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP IAM Security Specialist or similar role.
• Strong experience with SAP authorization concepts and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.
• Strong understanding of IAM and authorization lifecycle processes.
• Experience working on IAM and security projects in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP GRC / Access Control solutions.
• Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts and access lifecycle management.
• Experience working with waterfall, hybrid, and Agile delivery models.
