What you will do

  • Implement and manage IAM solutions and user lifecycle processes.
  • Manage authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
  • Participate in role management and access governance initiatives.
  • Monitor IAM environments and support incident resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams on security improvements.
  • Ensure documentation and adherence to security best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French is mandatory.
  • Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in IAM or Cybersecurity environments.
  • Strong understanding of authentication/authorization protocols and Active Directory/LDAP.
  • Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
  • English proficiency is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or Saviynt.
  • Knowledge of MFA, SSO, PAM, or RBAC concepts.
  • Exposure to banking, financial, or insurance sectors.
  • Cybersecurity certifications or cloud security exposure.
