Information Security Analyst – IAM Strategic Enablement & Adoption (IAM)

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (Preferred) or Irving/Las Colinas, TX

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption of enterprise IAM services and capabilities.
• Translate complex IAM concepts into practical business solutions and user-friendly guidance.
• Coordinate application onboarding, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure smooth production deployments.
• Serve as an escalation point to diagnose and resolve high-impact access management issues.
• Gather business feedback and user pain points to influence IAM product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.
• Assess business workflows and access requirements across cloud and hybrid environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IAM or information security.
• Strong expertise in Azure/Entra ID, GCP, Active Directory, MFA, SSO, and PAM.
• Deep understanding of Least Privilege, Zero Trust principles, and access governance.
• Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation programs.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC or Irving/Las Colinas, TX

• Experience within the financial services industry or large enterprise environments.
• Experience collaborating with IAM product owners and engineering teams.
• Ability to influence IAM product roadmaps and process improvements.
