Information Security Analyst (IAM)

TL;DR

Information Security Analyst (IAM): Driving enterprise IAM adoption and supporting onboarding and migrations with an accent on stakeholder engagement and user experience. Focus on resolving complex access challenges, leading UAT efforts, and optimizing identity platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Charlotte, NC or Irving/Las Colinas, TX. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption of enterprise IAM services and capabilities.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and coordinate application onboarding and user transition activities.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for complex IAM issues and lead triage across cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.
• Translate business feedback and user pain points into actionable recommendations for IAM product and engineering teams.
• Assess business workflows and access requirements across cloud and hybrid environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IAM or information security.
• Expertise in Azure/Entra ID, GCP, Active Directory, MFA, and SSO.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to conversion requirements.

• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to influence IAM product roadmaps or process improvements.
• Experience collaborating directly with IAM product owners and engineering teams.
