What you will do

• Serve as a senior legal advisor to executive leadership on litigation, employment risks, and enterprise compliance.
• Manage and oversee litigation, disputes, and pre-litigation matters, including coordination with outside counsel.
• Lead the global corporate compliance program, including policy framework, risk assessments, and training.
• Oversee ethics and investigations processes, including internal investigations and regulatory inquiries.
• Partner with Security, IT, and HR on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance matters.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the Legal Department to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and in good standing with a state bar association.
• 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in general legal services.
• Broad expertise in litigation, compliance, ethics, employment law, and privacy matters.
• Proven experience designing and administering corporate compliance programs.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
