What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end creation and development of new derivatives products from early-stage ideation to market launch.
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic priorities and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, dealers, and internal stakeholders to identify unmet needs and innovation opportunities.
• Translate market requirements into clear product concepts, technical specifications, and prioritized development initiatives.
• Work with technology teams to deliver innovative solutions across trading systems, including protocols, analytics, and reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle and coordinate project delivery from design to rollout.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in financial markets with a strong focus on Fixed Income Derivatives.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or technology delivery roles.
• Demonstrated track record of building or launching new financial products, features, or platforms.
• Solid understanding of electronic trading platforms and derivatives market structure.
• Existing professional network within buy-side, sell-side, or market infrastructure.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom

• Knowledge of Equity Derivatives markets.
