What you will do

  • Identify and nurture customer advocates to produce high-impact case studies and testimonials.
  • Develop creative formats for spotlighting client stories, including video, social media, and digital events.
  • Drive review collection on third-party platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights and G2.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to integrate advocacy commitments into contracts and strategies.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality advocacy assets.
  • Track and maintain metrics regarding prominent clients, such as those in the Fortune 500 and Global 2000.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience focused on customer advocacy, product marketing, or brand storytelling.
  • Proven track record in managing executive-level client relationships.
  • Strong storytelling, program management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Executive leadership.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA (hybrid).
