What you will do

• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and define project success metrics.
• Manage strategic business transformation initiatives focused on RCM operations and technology adoption.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Drive initiatives related to automation, system integrations, and process re-engineering.
• Serve as a change agent, managing expectations with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely reporting of milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• PMP certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare industry, revenue cycle preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes within healthcare.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong computer proficiency including MS Office, Zoom, and learning technologies.
