What you will do

• Lead design strategy for the Payments Dashboard, focusing on end-to-end user experiences.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape roadmaps and solve horizontal product challenges.

• Act as a multiplier for the design team by leading workstreams and facilitating team rituals.
• Translate complex business objectives into intuitive, customer-centered design solutions.
• Maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design quality across all product touchpoints.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 15+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company.
• Proven ability to lead design workstreams and mentor peer designers.
• Strong storytelling skills with experience presenting to company leadership.
• Expertise in visual and interaction design for complex B2B workflows.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, horizontal problem spaces.
