What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle for hirify.global Connect, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
• Identify and target key prospects including PSPs, ISVs, PayFacs, and orchestration platforms.
• Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline through outbound hunting and ecosystem engagement.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements involving technical integrations and partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events to drive visibility and inbound interest.
• Provide market and customer feedback to the product team to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in online payments or fraud prevention with strong technical understanding.
• 3+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
• Established network across PSPs, fintech platforms, and the payments ecosystem.
• Hunter mentality with experience building pipelines from scratch in outbound-led environments.
• Technical fluency with payment technology, APIs, and platform integration models.
• Startup DNA with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
