What you will do

• Prepare and edit lease abstracts for accuracy and update existing data in database systems.
• Transfer data from paper or electronic formats into institutional-grade database records.
• Maintain daily lease document trackers and produce monthly tracking reports.
• Coordinate verbal and written communication with clients, landlords, legal counsel, and vendors.
• Interpret complex legal documents, including lease agreements, amendments, and title commitments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with property managers and accounting personnel within the portfolio.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in database administration or commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or Visual Lease.
• Strong comprehension of mathematical concepts and attention to detail.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a criminal history background check.
